Are you ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery? If so, I am here to help. Why me? Because I have done it and am still doing it. Self-discovery is a never-ending magical ride. Once you begin, there is no going back. The road has many paths that all lead to greater self-awareness and understanding.
This is not a path for the faint of heart. It's an experience of soul searching, raw emotions, and amazing outcomes. There were many who guided me on my journey and I want to do the same for others. Let me mentor you through the ups and downs of inner work.
I am not here to tell you what you should do. I am here to hold space, gently challenge you, ask you why repeatedly, and share the tools I use on my own journey. ​In the end, you will realize you have always had the answers inside, you just needed someone to help you find them.
Mentorship
Mentorship is similar to coaching, but there are differences. This is your journey, and I am here to support you as you find your way.
Long Term Goals
Focuses on multiple often longer-term goals vs. short term goals.
Involvement
Provide more personal involvement vs. skills- specific involvement.
Support
Responsible for supporting mentee as they work to accomplish their goals vs. providing means for mentee to meet their goals.
Steps
Tasks and steps for accomplishment determined by mentee vs. determined by coach.
Feedback
Provide general, non-judgmental feedback and support vs.specific feedback.
Action
Mentee determines future actions vs. coach led direction on future actions.
